Salon Suites Mastercourse
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, registering for, or accessing the Salon Suites Mastercourse (“Mastercourse,” “Program,” “Training”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This Program is operated by Dillard University and delivered through its associated brands and platforms, including but not limited to Leave the Chair Behind and WHOISSNOOP (collectively, “We,” “Us,” “Our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, register, or access the Program.
2. Program Description
The Salon Suites Mastercourse is a digital educational program providing information, training, systems, and frameworks related to salon suites ownership, business setup, operations, and growth.
The Program may include video training (live and/or recorded), digital downloads and templates, frameworks, worksheets, tools, and educational content delivered via online platforms. All content is delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the digital and access-based nature of this Program, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend live sessions, failure to complete the Program, dissatisfaction with content, or personal or financial circumstances.
By purchasing or registering, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
4. Access & Delivery
Upon successful purchase or registration, access to the Program will be provided via the delivery method specified at checkout or registration.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, maintaining access to the email address used, and ensuring your device and internet connection meet basic requirements.
We are not responsible for access issues caused by user error, incorrect information, or technical limitations on your end.
5. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access. Any remaining balance remains due regardless of access status.
Nonpayment may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Educational Purpose Only
All content provided through Dillard University, Leave the Chair Behind, WHOISSNOOP, and the Salon Suites Mastercourse is for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or real estate advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult licensed professionals before acting on any information provided.
7. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
We make no guarantees regarding income, profits, business success, or outcomes.
Any examples, testimonials, or illustrations shared through the Program or associated brands are not guarantees of results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including effort, experience, resources, and market conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Dillard University and its associated brands, including Leave the Chair Behind and WHOISSNOOP.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share login access, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Program. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
9. Participant Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms or disrupts the Program. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dillard University and its associated brands shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.
You assume full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued access to the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Dillard University operates.

Support information will be provided within the Program or during the registration process. Access-related issues should be addressed through the official support channels associated with the Program.
